    Potential Crash Caused by Multiple Graphics Cards

     An issue can arise when trying to use EcoStruxure Machine Expert Twin on a laptop that has both an integrated and external graphic cards, while using that laptop on an external monitor. With this setup the external graphics drive will be used on the external monitor.

    The issue originates when EcoStruxure Machine Expert Twin uses the integrated graphics drive and is then dragged onto the external monitor. This will result in the external graphic card crashing.

    The problem is fixed by setting your external graphic card as the one being used with EcoStruxure Machine Expert Twin. This is done in the graphics cards setting on your laptop.
